Successful applicants called for admission should bring original and attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission counselling.

Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate. (To be submitted in original).

Character and Conduct Certificate.

Proof of passing the qualifying examination together with mark sheet in accordance with the eligibility requirements for admission.

Two passport size photographs for the identity card.

Domicile Certificate/Mool Niwas Praman Patra.

Permanent Address Certificate / Aadhar Card.

Certificate from a Government Hospital/Civil Surgeon/Government Doctor about the Blood Group/Medical Fitness Certificate.

Duly filled Hostel Admission Form, if opted for Hostel accommodation.

Fill Anti Ragging Affidavits online by logging on to www.antiragging.in or
www.amanmovement.org. Student should submit a hard copy of the Affidavit to the Institute
Administration. It is mandatory for all the students granted admission.Cancellation of Admission.
